He was also a founding partner of Madre, the Latin American office of Mother Advertising which has been recognized as Agency of the year, as well as one of the most recognized creative agencies in the region. Before that, he was Creative Director of Nike US at Wieden + Kennedy, Portland. He was then promoted to the Executive Creative Director position at Wieden + Kennedy Amsterdam, where he led Nike Football globally. Sandy is the Toshiba Professor of Media, Arts, and Sciences at MIT, Boston and the founding Faculty Director of MIT Connection Sciences, a new research initiative that utilizes communications networks to access and change real-world human behavior. In 2012 Forbes named Sandy one of the “seven most powerful data scientists in the world”, along with Google founders and the CTO of the United States, and in 2013 he won the McKinsey Award from Harvard Business Review. 

 

Garbhan O’Bric. Co-founder and Strategy Director at New. He was the Baileys Global Brand Director at Diageo from 2011 to 2015 (voted Britain’s Most Admired Company by Management Today). He consistently features on lists of the industry most influential appearing in the Marketing Power 100 for the past four years. He began his career at MTV Networks within Strategy moving with the broadcaster from London to Milan and then Stockholm. He returned to London as a strategist at such advertising agencies as HHCL & Partners working on Guinness. He later joined RKCR to work on Virgin. Garbhan subsequently moved to Mother London as Strategy Director. He later also took on the role of Marketing & New Business Director for the Mother Group.

In 1996 he joined BMPDDB. He worked on the Labour Party election campaign, VW and SONY. The following year he was invited onto the board and made Creative Group Head. BMPDDB was named Agency of The Year for both years he was there. In 1998 he left to set up Fallon London. He was the Founding Creative Partner and Executive Creative Director. There he produced work for TATE Art Galleries, SONY, The BBC and many other great people and brands. In 2011 he left to start a completely independent company called 1o1.
