Carlos Bayala
Founder and Creative Director

Carlos was Global Creative Director and partner at Mother, based in London. He was also a founding partner of Madre, the Latin American office of Mother which has been recognised as Agency Of The Year, as well as one of the most recognised creative agencies in Latin America. Before that, he was Creative Director for Nike US at Wieden + Kennedy, Portland. He was then promoted to the Executive Creative Director position at W+K Amsterdam, where he led Nike Football globally.

Alex ‘Sandy’ Pentland
Founding Partner and Research Senior Consultant

Sandy is the Toshiba Professor of Media, Arts, and Sciences at MIT, Boston and the founding Faculty Director of MIT Connection Sciences, a new research initiative that utilises communications networks to access and change real-world human behaviour. In 2012 Forbes named Sandy one of the “seven most powerful data scientists in the world”, along with Google founders and the CTO of the United States. In 2013 he won the McKinsey Award from Harvard Business Review.

Gustavo Santaolalla
Partner and Creative Director. Los Angeles.

Gustavo Alfredo Santaolalla is an Argentine musician, film composer and producer. He has won Academy Awards for Best Original Score in two consecutive years, for Brokeback Mountain in 2005, and Babel in 2006. He composed the original score for the video game The Last of Us, and the theme music for the Netflix series Making a Murderer and Narcos. Nowadays, he is one of the most awarded and recognised musicians and producers of the continent.

Julia Goldin

Board Member and Senior Advisor

Julia is Chief Marketing Officer at the Lego Group. She is responsible for leading and inspiring the creation of LEGO® play experiences which excite and educate kids. Prior to joining the LEGO Group in 2014, she was Global Chief Marketing Officer at Revlon. She also had a 13-year career with the Coca-Cola Company, where she held several senior global and regional marketing roles, including Division Marketing Director of Northwest Europe and deputy CMO of Japan.

Prof. Krystine Batcho (Ph.D)

Board Member and Senior Advisor

Krystine is a licensed psychologist and a professor at Le Moyne College in Syracuse, New York. She teaches courses in cognitive psychology, learning, and decision making, and mentors student research. Her research has ranged from early work in human-computer interaction to the impact of higher education on the development of moral and social responsibility.

Richard Flintham
Board Member and Senior Advisor

Richard is one of the most awarded British creatives in the industry. In 1996 he joined BMPDDB. He worked on the Labour Party election campaign, VW and SONY. The following year he was invited onto the board and made Creative Group Head. BMPDDB was named Agency of The Year for both years he was there. In 1998 he left to set up Fallon London. He was the Founding Creative Partner and Executive Creative Director. There he produced work for TATE Art Galleries, SONY, The BBC and many other great people and brands. In 2011 he started a completely independent company called 1o1. Now, based in Los Angeles, he works in different creative project and is part of the board as Creative Advisor.

Craig Dykers
Board Member and Architecture Advisor

Craig co-founded the architecture, landscape and interior design company Snøhetta in Oslo, Norway in 1989 and in New York City in 2004. As one of the founding partners of the firm, Craig Dykers has led many of their prominent projects internationally, including the Alexandria Library in Egypt, the Norwegian National Opera and Ballet in Oslo, Norway, the National September 11 Memorial Museum Pavilion in New York City, and the recently completed Ryerson University Student Learning Centre in Ontario, Canada.

Phil McAveety
Board Member and Senior Advisor

Phil has a globally recognised track record in brand management and customer experience, having held senior executive roles at some of the most well-known global consumer brands, including Nike, and Camper International. Prior to joining Scentre Group Phil served as Executive Vice President/Chief Brand Officer for Starwood Hotels and Resorts Worldwide, operating across a portfolio of major brands including Sheraton, Westin, St Regis and W Hotels. Phil was responsible for managing a global brand strategy with local execution with a heavy reliance on digital execution.
